The goal of the Consultation Commitee is to:

• To establish a framework for coorperation between management and employees in order to involve employees in working with organizational goals and strategy.
• To determine personnel policy frameworks that promote skills development and motivate the department staff towards higher performance and department goals.
• To help create the best possible working conditions and working environment.
• The committee acts according to the overall rules of procedure of the liaison committee at Aalborg University.

The main responsibility of the Safety Committee is first and foremost to ensure that the working conditions of the employees meet the general health and safety requirements, second that the employees are instructed and trained according to these requirements in order to do their work most effectively.
