This research group links innovative research in the field of advanced inorganic (amorphous) and hybrid materials to the growing needs of energy-efficient water cleaning systems, renewable energy platforms, and new technologies for the sustainable production of chemicals. High emphasis is given to membrane technology, catalysis, and photocatalysis. Membrane testing is performed from lab to pilot scale on state-of-the-art equipment.
